We are committed to providing excellent service and value. We ship from our warehouses in the USA and China, delivering products to over 200 countries worldwide.
International Shipping:
While we strive to reach as many locations as possible, some countries may not be eligible for shipping. If your country is restricted, we will contact you directly.
Customs and Duties:
Luxuraboudoir is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred upon delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that packages may be subject to fees in your country.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that some free shipping methods may not provide tracking information. For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages even if combined shipping was requested.
